You can get proforma invoice for VisualSVN Corporate licenses by yourself. Please follow the steps below:

No. At the moment there is no special discount for resellers. But since you provide additional service to the customer you are free to set your own price for VisualSVN.
To purchase VisualSVN on behalf of your customer you should provide real customer's company name in the License To field of the online checkout form. And you should provide your company name and email there to get the license and the invoice.
