Patch Release 1.0.3

VisualSVN patch release 1.0.3 is available. This version includes support for Subversion 1.4.0 and several minor bug fixes.

Upgrade is free and is recommended for all users. Please make sure you upgraded TortoiseSVN to version 1.4.0 before installing VisualSVN 1.0.3.
