Symptoms
When trying to create a slave repository, you may receive the following error message:
Please make sure the slave server is a member of the VisualSVN Replication Partners local group on the master server.
The remote procedure call failed: Access is denied.
Cause
This error states that the VDFS service on the slave server gets 'Access is denied' error when attempting to access the master server's VDFS service. This particular error can occur when the account running VDFS service on the slave server is not a member of VisualSVN Replication Partners local group on the master server.
Resolution
Add the account which runs the slave VDFS service to VisualSVN Replication Partners local group on the master server.
