VisualSVN 4.0.5 Released

VisualSVN 4.0.5 patch release is available. Comparing to the previous version, there are the following changes in the release:

• Updated to Apache Subversion 1.8.8. For further details please see
  http://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/subversion/tags/1.8.8/CHANGES
• Updated to Serf 1.3.4.
• Fixed: unexpected exception when executing TortoiseSVN command in Visual Studio 2013.
